(More customer reviews)The flat sheet is only satin on one side, the other side just has that totally unfinished inside-out look and is rough and scratchy, impossible to sleep comfortably with.
I like the satin side though. It's silky and shiny (but not overly so) and nice looking. But it was weird because for the flat sheet I had to put the satin side down so that that was what I'd feel and that that was what would show when I turned the bed down. The other side is just not presentable.
Also, be aware, it's 100% polyester, satin is the term used for how it's stitched. I knew this going in, as I like the feel of polyester satin.
I got these in black and silver and I'm going to keep them because of the good price, but I wouldn't have bought these if I'd known about the one-sided issue.
